Some white supremacists think only white people can drink milk and that somehow makes them superior. So Yara embarks on a journey to challenge their ridiculous argument.

Yara himself is lactose intolerant, meaning he has trouble digesting dairy products. To put it scientifically, his body doesn’t produce enough of the lactase enzyme to break down the lactose sugar found in cow’s milk. But how did humans develop the ability to digest milk in the first place – and does it have anything to do with race?
