A man and a woman have been arrested following the suspicious death of a third man in Morphett Vale, in Adelaide’s south.

Police responded to a call for assistance at the Nathan Court address about 9:00am and located the body of a man in his 60s in his home.

The woman who made the call was arrested at the house, and another man was arrested nearby.

Superintendent Yvette Clark said the pair were “currently assisting police with the investigation”.

She said all three people knew each other but their relationship was not yet clear.

“We don’t believe there’s any further danger to any members of the public and we will continue to investigate and proceed with the matter from there,” Superintendent Clark said.

She said the man had obvious injuries to his body but police did not know if a weapon was involved.

Forensic investigators are at the scene and the street is closed to traffic while police doorknock neighbours.

They asked anyone who saw anything suspicious yesterday or early this morning to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Police had earlier said the man’s death was unexplained.
