A nightclub toilet attendant has reportedly been bringing his USB stick to work with him every night for the last three years, just in case he gets a chance to get behind the decks.

Martin Adebayo, who has been working in the men’s toilets of Ibiza superclub Eden since 2014, claims he has always dreamed of being a DJ and hopes to one day make the move from the toilet to the DJ box.

“Everyday, for the last three years, I have come to work with everything I need to run the best toilet in San Antonio, lollipops, aftershave, chewing gum, deodorant, everything a man could possibly need while he is a nightclub’s toilets,” explained Martin earlier. “But, that’s not all I have with me.”

“Everyday, for the last three years, I have also brought my USB with me, because you never know when you’re big break will come.”

“I know that if I keep bringing my USB with me that, someday, I will get my chance to play some music in the nightclub,” continued Martin. “Eventually, the DJ won’t show up or there will be some sort of an emergency and there everyone will be wondering who they can get to DJ at such short notice.”

“That is when Super-Martin flies in and saves the day,” he said with a broad smile. “I’m just biding my until I get my big break and then I’ll be taking over, this place won’t know what hit it.”

According to other members of staff, no one in the club actually knows that the toilet attendant is an aspiring DJ.

“Who’s a DJ? Martin from the toilets, are you sure?” one bartender asked. “I remember him saying something about USB but I just assumed that was some sort of aftershave or something, he’s never going to get a gig sitting in there saying nothing, this isn’t Es Paradis. If he wants a set he should just ask one of the managers, that’s the best thing to do.”
